In Aldous Huxley’s Island, myna birds roam the island, reminding its inhabitants to remain compassionate and mindful. They repeat the words “Attention,” “Here and Now,” and “Karuna.” (Karuna is a Sanskrit word usually translated as compassion.) I bring this compassionate here-and-now awareness to my work as a licensed psilocybin facilitator.

Mynas also hold symbolic meaning in a variety of different cultures or spiritual traditions. Some of the symbolic meanings attached to mynas are: communication, freedom, joy, intelligence, good luck, protection, love, hope, and transformation.

I offer legal Psilocybin (“magic mushrooms”) Facilitation under Oregon’s Measure 109 regulations. This includes screening and preparation for a legal psilocybin journey, support throughout the experience, and follow-up support after. Your psilocybin journey must take place at an Oregon licensed service center. I can also assist you in finding resources, like therapists and doctors, who are open to your psychedelic experiences.

About me

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and have 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have completed training in Psilocybin Facilitation as well as MDMA-assisted therapy.

It is important for psilocybin facilitation clients to understand that the Oregon model of psilocybin services is considered a service, not a therapy.
